Shivan passed his Thermodynamics Test

Post by Shivan »

Completely offtopic, but today I had an oral examination of my Thermodynamics 2 and I passed with an 8 (which is good since the top is 10 here),

So added up this means I now have my BSc diploma :D (Bachelor of Science) Hope to get my Master degree soon :D

Off to celebrate!!!!

Hey congratulations :), looks like all the hard work paid off !!
Bio-chemistry maybe is a better word for it, I don't know the proper translation either. All I know is that it's damn complicated ;P

Thanks all :D

I study Life Science & Technology. Its a study in on 2 universities, that of Leiden and at the Technical University of Delft, lots of travel between the two.... jeej! Biochemistry is a big part of it, but also physics, chemistry and biology, mathmatics and others... very broad spectrum of subjects. From the site:
LST site wrote:Life Science & Technology researches the processes in the living cell and searches for new applications to put the many cellular processes to good use by directing en influencing these processes. The cell is the building block of life, the smallest unit with the characteristics of living systems. This relatively new, multidisciplinary scientific field is the basis of our Bachelor and Master programme.
Anyway... this subject, Thermodynamics, has been a hell for me but with a lot of work I pulled it of... No more entropy, Gibbs free energy or partial molar volumes for me! As I've already did most of my Masters part I will also (hopefully) finish that in the coming months. Ow man I'm so happy :P

edit: ow ... and also.. Xippie (former MA member for those who know him) also enrolled for LST last year. No idea if he didn't drop out... but I'm not the only WoW lunatic in the LST field ;)

Nice, I know what hell it is to study thermodynamics...I also needed it for my study chemical technologie. Was happy to pass it too then, but luckely that was already 7 years ago :P

Yes that chinese forum troll/farmer must be me.

I also 'tried' to study LST but I quit (I liked the DNA things but Thermodynamics, Micro biology with bacteria and stuff was just not my thing at all). But Thermo is such a hard subject so GJ Shivan ^^

BTW; installing the game(s) as we speak. :]
